This place had efficient staff and magnificent views of the castle; the room was good-sized with essential amenities like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Enjoyed having a room with a balcony, just like they said. Plus, my bed was super comfy! 😉

Comfortable beds

Do not stay here if you wish to get to sleep before 3am. Very noisy. It is in the centre of the city just within the red light district. Cramp conditions in the room and breakfast room, Food good

This is a good choice if you would like a clean, quiet room that is in the heart of the city, close to the train station and within walking distance of the Alfama. No frills, but the breakfast is very good, served from 7:30 until 10:30. Pleasant staff. The building has an interesting history. Many places to eat nearby.

The location was marvellous and fab, and we could reach a large square by walking. Everything was spotless, including satisfactory breakfasts with cheese and yogurt and juices.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was situated very central in the city, easy to find. The breakfast was very good. The room was rather small, but since the bathroom was large an clean it really didn't matter. I've already recomended it to a friend.

This place offers beautifully renovated rooms with stunning views of the castle, cozy beds, a TV, balcony, and a safe.

The staff were brilliant, always helpful and friendly and the location was central which was perfect for all public transport and the sights we wanted to see. The room was clean at all times, with clean towels every day.

We did find a large cockroach in our room, our room was also very small and the hot water was temperamental so at times wasn't available.

Excellent staff, good breakfast (simple but everything we needed), fantastic location with all transport just around the corner (Rossio square with metro, tram, bus and taxi), we requested a room with a castle view and got it :-)

The room is impeccably clean and comes with a TV, balcony, and a safe for a pleasant stay.

You should have internet connection in the rooms and not have to pay for it! The internet was really expensive and a bad connection and I think nowadays a hotel should be able to have free wifi in all the rooms .

I had a great time in a quiet and impressive double room with a balcony, just as I had hoped.

Charming and clean place to stay in, it has very pleasant staff at reception desk. Its location is marvellous, a walking distance from a large square. Area is domestic and close enough to Lisbon, a metro station to the airport and the metro stop at Rossio station...

The hotel was good value for money, as shown in the pictures a little frayed at the edges but with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms that were cleaned every day. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast everything fresh (including the coffee and tea served to the table) although as the hotel was full it was a little squashed in the dining room. The hotel staff were very friendly and were more than willing to help with any problems or information needed. The good thing is the location right next to Rossio Square with the station and metro, and the fact that the hotel has a 24hr reception if you were a little late back.
